Don't have a strata report yet?

No worries β€” most people find us before they have the report in hand. Here's how to get one:

  1. Ask your conveyancer or solicitor β€” if you're already in the buying process, they'll order a strata report (sometimes called a Section 184 certificate or strata inspection report) as part of due diligence.
  2. Order one yourself β€” services like Before You Bid, Eyeon Property Inspections, or Avant Law offer strata reports for NSW properties, typically $300–$400.
  3. Check with the real estate agent β€” some agents provide the strata report upfront to serious buyers.

Once you have the PDF, come back here and upload it β€” we'll email you the results.
